The service

Hello Goodbye is a checklist tool that helps your organisation track employee onboarding and offboarding: tasks, due dates, app access status, equipment and acknowledgements. It records what your team has done — it does not itself revoke access, pay anyone or lodge anything with a government body. You remain responsible for actions in your own systems (email, payroll, rostering and so on).

Plans and payment

• Free: up to 3 people starting or leaving per month.
• Team: A$39 per month, for up to 25 current employees.
• Business: A$99 per month, for up to 100 current employees.

Prices are in Australian dollars, plus GST where applicable. Paid plans are activated by email — there is no card payment in the app. Once activated, plans bill monthly in advance.

Cancellation

You can cancel or change your plan at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; we don't refund partial months. Your data remains available on the Free plan limits after cancellation.

Your data

You own the records you enter. Data is stored with our cloud hosting provider and may be processed outside Australia. Records are kept while your account is active and deleted on request — email us to remove employee records or your whole organisation. Our privacy policy explains this in detail.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully, keep your sign-in details to yourself, and don't enter Tax File Numbers, bank details or identity documents — the app deliberately has no fields for them.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the most recent month you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
