Privacy policy
This policy explains how Hello Goodbye handles personal information, with reference to the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Account holders: your name, email address and organisation name.
- Employee records you enter: name, job title, employment type, manager, start and last working days, checklist progress, app access status and equipment issued.
We deliberately do not collect Tax File Numbers, bank details or identity documents. These stay in your payroll system.
Why we collect it
To provide your account, to run onboarding and offboarding checklists for your organisation, and to contact you about your account. We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Storage and security
Data is stored with our hosting provider and may be processed outside Australia. Each organisation's records are isolated so only signed-in members of that organisation can see them.
Access, correction and deletion
You can view and correct employee records in the app at any time. To request a copy of your information, deletion of your account or organisation, or to make a privacy complaint, contact us using the details below. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
